Kira Visser
Attorney Kira Visser earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Calvin University in Michigan. She then moved to Wisconsin to attend the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she earned her juris doctor and picked up rock climbing as a hobby. During law school, Attorney Visser interned with the Restorative Justice Project, the Public Defender’s Project, and the Government and Legislative Clinic.
Attorney Visser practices both family law and criminal defense. She enjoys serving as a mediator for divorcing couples hoping to proceed without individual counsel and as advocate counsel, representing individual parties in the traditional family litigation process. As a mediator, Attorney Visser thoughtfully guides parties through the divorce process as a neutral third party, helping both sides achieve their desired outcomes amicably. As advocate counsel, she works tirelessly to achieve her clients' individual goals. Attorney Visser has a reputation for being a persistent advocate for her clients and negotiating positive outcomes successfully.
